CHILDREN'S LITURGY OF THE WORD

In the Life Center the children hear the Scriptures at their level, exploring the meaning of the Sunday readings. Children's Liturgy of the Word offers children ages 4 through 7 an alternative to the Liturgy of the Word offered at Sunday's 9:00 and 11:30 Mass. After the Penitential Rite the celebrant invites children to leave the worship space with their catechist. To volunteer for this ministry contact Julie Mittendorf at (419)693-4717.

CHRISTIAN FORMATION

Christian Formation for children in grades 1st through 8th grade, our parish program is designed to assist parents in the formation of their children in the Catholic faith. RITE OF CHRISTIAN INITIATION FOR ADULT

RCIA (Catechumenate) is the process for bringing adults of other religions or unbaptized adults into the Catholic Church. This Faith-sharing community seeks a deeper understanding of what discipleship in Christ is all about, and will celebrate the steps of initiation in liturgical rituals throughout the year. The program meets, Tuesday evenings at 7:30 p.m. September-Easter.
