FACILITY GUIDELINES ---- JULY 1, 2008

Limited rental use of the facilities at St. Ignatius are available to parishioners. Parish Staff will acquaint you with the facilities by appointment, explaining space flexibility in the Parish Life Center, configurations of tables and chairs that are available, the sound & video system, ventilation and lighting.
While the Hall(church basement) and Life Center are available for rental, current guidelines allow food in the Hall ONLY unless permission is given for dining in another area. A luncheon for a funeral family will always take precedence over other uses of the Hall. Arrangements will be made so that the other space is available for a rental.
All preparation and clean up must be done by those renting the facility. All furniture if moved should be restored to it's original locations. Since others may be using the space before or after your event, arrange with the Parish Office if set up or clean up will take more than 1/2 hour. Kitchen supplies such as towels, soap, trash bags, etc. are supplied. Garbage needs to be removed to the dumpster by those renting the facility.
Rental fee is $50.00 and this must be paid at the parish office well in advance of the event.
It is common for two or three activities to be going on in our parish facilities at the same time. Please respect one another and maintain a spirit of co-operation at all times.
