ST. IGNATIUS CEMETERY

What started as a little country cemetery has grown into a beautiful memorial of our loved ones. In the 1870's the Enos Momenee family donated land that has expanded to over 25+ acres. Dating back over a century ago to present day, we have people from all walks of life who have been buried here among which are two Cherokee Indians. All ages, all nationalities, and all religions are represented. Peacetime and wartime veterans from all branches of the armed forces are buried here. It is a peaceful walk or drive around......lined with beautiful statues, stones, trees and our majestic pond. St. Ignatius Cemetery is a constant reminder of our believe in resurrection. The Cemetery Committee monitors the business and care of the cemetery. For a list of committee members please contact the parish office or click here for Ministry Contacts
